Honestly, it was pretty much a smooth ride. Once the crypto transaction got its first confirmation, the site picked it up, and I had my server operational in roughly 5 minutes after that. They've got straightforward FAQs and privacy policies.

I reached out to Server Support right away to get it back up (you can't do it yourself since there's no management panel). But here we are, nearly 24 hours later, and still no word from them. The server's still down, can't even ping the IP... I'm really hoping they get back to me soon, 'cause this is really affecting my customers.
